### Overview
Snippets are HTML blocks set up by ServiceNow Administrators. They are used by Editors within the HTML content field. Snippets are typically used within Article content items.
#### Snippet Configuration (Admins)
1. From ServiceNow, search sp_ng_template.list using the Filter Navigator in the left toolbar.
2. To create a new Snippet option, click New from the Angular ng-templates list.
3. Input the following record fields:
* Application - it is recommended that Global or LaunchPad be used
* Widget - Orbit Editor
* ID - each ID must be unique from existing ID’s
* Template - enter desired html template code
Once inputs have been entered, click Submit.
